Yes. Every product we sell is brand-sealed, sourced through authorised channels and covered by the manufacturer's standard India warranty. Your GST invoice doubles as proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Orders are dispatched from Dwarka, New Delhi within 24–48 working hours. Delivery takes 2–4 working days in Delhi NCR and metro cities, and 4–7 working days for the rest of India.

COD is available on most products and PIN codes. If COD isn't available for your address, you can prepay securely by UPI, credit/debit card or netbanking.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999 anywhere in India. Below that, a flat courier charge applies.

Once your order ships, a courier tracking link is emailed and texted to you. You can also call us at +91 73035 89568 (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST) with your order reference.

You can return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 48 hours are replaced or fully refunded, including shipping. See the Returns & Refunds page for details.

Yes — a GST invoice is issued with every order and emailed to you. If you need a business invoice with your GSTIN, mention it when you place the order or contact us before dispatch.

UPI, all major credit and debit cards, netbanking and cash on delivery (where available). All online payments are processed over encrypted connections by our payment partners.
