We ship to every serviceable PIN code in India through reputed courier partners. Orders are dispatched from our facility at A-77, Palam Extn. Sector 7 Dwarka, South West Delhi, 110075.
Orders above ₹999 ship free anywhere in India. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat courier charge — there are no hidden fees.
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days in Delhi NCR and metro cities, and 4–7 working days elsewhere. Remote PIN codes may take a little longer.
As soon as your order ships, the courier tracking link is sent to your email and phone. You can also call us at +91 73035 89568 (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST) with your order reference.
COD is available on most products and PIN codes. Where it isn't, please prepay by UPI, card or netbanking — all payments are processed over secure, encrypted connections.
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel returns to us after failed attempts, we will contact you to re-ship or refund. Weather, strikes or courier disruptions can add time; we will always tell you proactively if your order is affected.
